General Introduction
Southern Petroleum Construction Company (AlphaECC) was established in 2003. The company is located in Dongxuyen Industrial Zone, Vungtau City, Baria-Vungtau Province, Vietnam. The company was formed to service the increasing demand for offshore technical services
