Southern Petroleum Construction Company (AlphaECC) was established in 2003. The company is located in Dongxuyen Industrial Zone, Vungtau City, Baria-Vungtau Province, Vietnam. The company was formed to service the increasing demand for offshore technical services. Our management team and staff are experienced in construction and fabrication and are always ready to face any challenge. Not long after start-up AlphaECC was able to secure major clients such as Petronas Carigali and JVPC. This is particularly significant due to the high levels of quality demanded by such important clients.
