INSTALLATION OF A PAINT MOISTURE TREATMENT CHAMBER
In order to meet the increasing demand for paint volume, AlphaECC has recently completed the installation of a modern paint drying chamber with dimensions of LxWxH: 11850x9850x4600 mm.
The drying chamber is equipped with 4 sets of circulating air supply units, with each set powered by 2x4kW motors, as well as an infrared drying system. This setup allows us to have more control over the painting process, without being dependent on weather conditions and humidity levels. It helps to reduce the painting time while still ensuring a high-quality finish.
This installation further enhances our capabilities and ensures that we can deliver efficiently and effectively for projects requiring paint treatment. We remain dedicated to providing our customers with excellent outcomes while meeting their increasing demands.
