FOUR SETS OF HRSG TUBE BUNDLES COMPLETED FOR ASSEMBLY
As the “heart” of the Heat Recovery Steam Generator – HRSG, Heat exchange tube sections (bundle) were fabricated and assembled in separate workshops with special care. There were different challenges in manufacturing these tubes & bundles, in both tough standard and workmanship requirement and all was well controlled for an excellent completion in safety, quality and schedule.
Assembled to these pressured sections (ASME) are Casings, Transitions, Ducting and Stacks to make a process of over 800 tons.
Early completion and delivery of this type of process sections is critical for complete HRSG modules as per schedules.
