DRAIN CAISSON FOR DOMESTIC TRILLION-DOLLAR GAS PROJECT
December 2025 was marked by several important deliveries.
In addition to the caissons exported to the United States, we also successfully completed and delivered two additional drain caissons for a domestic trillion-dollar gas project through a world-leading oil & gas EPC contractor.
The two caissons, with a total weight of 175 tons and dimensions of 63 m in length and 3 m in diameter, were manufactured and delivered in full compliance with project requirements.
Drain caissons are designed to treat deck drains for strictly regulated applications with intermittent flow, utilizing multiple baffles and oil risers to effectively separate oil from water and sand.
The equipment can also serve as the final discharge point for pre-treated produced water and is engineered to contain upstream upsets, preventing unnecessary discharge violations.
The project successfully met all safety, quality, and schedule targets.
