DELIVERY OF ANOTHER, LARGER PILING TEMPLATE FOR OFFSHORE WIND
Following the successful delivery of a smaller template in 2024, AlphaECC was awarded a larger project from the same client, CDWE.
The Sub-sea Self-leveling Pre-piling Template is the second product of its kind manufactured by AlphaECC and is the world’s largest.
A sub-sea self-leveling pre-piling template which was designed and developed by our valued client CDWE, is a specialized heavy-duty engineering tool used in offshore construction—particularly for wind farms to guide the installation of foundation pin piles. It ensures precise positioning, orientation, and verticality of piles on the seabed before the main structural jacket is installed, thereby accelerating offshore jacket installation works.
This is one of the largest single-weight modules executed by AlphaECC this year. Recognizing the importance of timely delivery for the client’s offshore transportation and installation (T&I) operations, the construction team made dedicated efforts to complete the project within a seven-month manufacturing schedule.
The successful completion of this project demonstrates AlphaECC’s capabilities and expertise in fabricating complex and heavy steel structures. The positive results from this pioneering project strengthen our confidence in securing upcoming orders in the offshore wind power market.
