Floating Platform Unit Modification
The Floating Production Unit (FPU) was modified to facilitate tie-in with the WHP, enabling functions such as fluid processing, control, power supply, and water injection. As part of this scope, the piping systems and structural components will be upgraded or modified to accommodate the installation of new equipment, including a Produced Water Flash Drum and a Pig Receiver. These components will be integrated into three new infield pipeline systems.
The FPU is an existing floating production unit currently processing fluid from 02 WHP(s). The treated crude oil is then exported to the Floating Storage and Offloading unit (FSO).
Our onshore fabrication:
- Structure: Fabrication of new platforms, Riser Balcony, J-tube for Submarine Cables.
- Piping: Fabrication of 5.000 Dia-Inch for various process systems with different sizes for Fuel Gas Pipes, Water Injection Pipelines, Production Pipelines & piping supports…
Our offshore Installation & Commissioning:
- New-built platform, Riser Balcony, J-tube…
- Process pipelines, field instrument systems (incl hydrotest & leak test).
- Water Flash Drum, Pig Receivers/launchers .

Complete Installation E&I system e.g. HV, LV, AC UPS, ICSS, Field Instrument system, Telecom system between Unit – WHP & Shore (incl… tray – ladder – support system).
